This place has a great location, with friendly staff and it is really close to a subway station. The famous Nijojo Castle is just nearby, and the Higashiyama Ward neighborhood is definitely worth exploring.

I was pleasantly surprised by the excellent location of Meldia Stay Nijojo Iwagami, close to both the International Convention Centre and the Castle. The air conditioning in the room was very good, keeping me comfortable during my stay. The shower had great water pressure and temperature, and I appreciated the full-size bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. The hotel also provided an adequate quantity of towels. Being close to an underground station made it convenient for exploring the city.
